We’re sure you’ll love your RE:TAB products, but if you don’t, we’ll be happy to exchange or refund. Simply send it back to us with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

To return an item, please email customer service at myretab@gmail.com with your proof of purchase and reason to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and all components must be in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please allow at least 5 working days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange or return.

Refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
